"Going to Alexis's Kickboxing or Pilates classes was always a highlight of my week. Alexis always comes with a positive attitude, a good playlist and a great workout prepared. She makes an effort to remember names and faces, and when you walk into her classroom, you immediately feel welcome. During class, Alexis keeps a smile on her face and makes sure that nobody gets left behind as the workout progresses. She integrates new moves and combinations to avoid monotony and really makes the class fun. Your progress will not go unnoticed as Alexis encourages everyone and can correct your technique without making you feel like you're doing a terrible job (which I really appreciate!).  I have never left her classes without being completely out of breath and drenched in sweat, but I am always in a good mood after having a great workout in a positive environment. Alexis is truly one of the best!"

"Sundays at 8:15pm are not the same without "Pilates with Alexis." I did not think I would miss them so much but I do... Every Sunday I wish Alexis would come back to teach another Pilates class. 

 

What is so special about those classes? The answer is Alexis :-) Her personality, attention to the class participants, as well as her knowledge and experience as a pilates instructor makes those classes so special. In addition, you feel great both being in the class and after the class, because you feel relaxed and stretched. Pilates is a great workout, and leaves my back feeling relieved and relaxed, which is very important for me. I spend a lot of time sitting at a desk or at a computer during the day and as a result, I have some back problems. I used Alexis' pilates classes as a cure for my back and my back felt great between the classes. 

 

Alexis is an amazing person. I miss her and her classes but hope to take one of Alexis' Pilates class again :-)."

"Alexis has been a phenomenal fitness instructor for both Pilates and Kickboxing, and I have attended her classes for two years.  In Pilates she incorporates useful exercises that always make me leave feeling like I have truly worked my muscles and will be sore the next day.  She includes several levels of difficulty with each exercise so that people of any fitness level can enjoy the class.  Alexis’s kickboxing class is an extremely fun way to do cardio, and always leaves me feeling exhausted and satisfied.  The class is easy for beginners to pick up and she does a great job of giving pointers on form.  Alexis is a great motivator and is always in a good mood when she’s teaching a class.  She genuinely makes an effort to get to know the people in her classes and is very positive and encouraging."

"I have loved taking Alexis’ kickboxing class each week. She is enthusiastic and pushes me to work harder. I love the atmosphere in the class and her teaching style is unique. She mixes many different styles, including toning, cardio, bootcamp, and agility, all in one kickboxing class. I love this style, because it is amazing for the body! I burn the most calories in Alexis’ classes, because I am using so many different muscle groups. AWESOME feeling!

 

I keep coming back because I know I am getting one of the best workouts of the week during her class. It is not easy, which is why I love attending! Alexis’ personality, motivation, and knowledge of fitness are all reasons that I enjoy taking her class. She is awesome and kills it each week! "I really liked how enthusiastic Alexis was during each class. She really made the class fun and motivated everyone too! She incorporated other things into the class other than just kickboxing. I liked that strength and conditioning were also included in the class. Alexis also switched up the material a lot which kept things fun!
